Infoinclusão de portadores de sofrimento psíquico

Resumo: O presente artigo reflete sobre um trabalho de campo realizado na modalidade de projeto de extensão desenvolvido em uma universidade do interior do estado do RS. A proposta de trabalho baseia-se na realização de oficinas de informática para pessoas portadoras de sofrimento psíquico, usuárias do serviço de saúde mental do município, com intuito de constituir redes de convivência com o uso de recursos informatizados. A perspectiva da infoinclusão tem sido uma discussão em países em desenvolvimento, inclusive como um veículo para a inclusão social. Quanto aos portadores de sofrimento psíquico, desde a lei da Reforma Psiquiátrica, há serviços de saúde mental substitutivos ao manicômio, atuando na perspectiva de habilitação social, de respeito às diferenças, construção de cidadania através, também, da inclusão social.

Abstract: The present article reflects on a work of field carried through in the modality of project of extension developed in a university of the interior of the state of the RS. The work proposal is based on the accomplishment of workshops of computer science for carrying people of psychic suffering, users of the service of mental health of the city, with intention to constitute nets with the use of technological resources. The perspective of the digital inclusion has been a quarrel in developing countries, also as a vehicle for the social inclusio. How much to the carriers of psychic suffering, since the law of the Psychiatric Reformation, it has services of mental health substitutes to the asylum, acting in the perspective of social qualification, of respect to the differences, construction of citizenship through, also, of the social inclusion.
