The project overall objective is contributing to strengthen and sustain the Common Higher Education Area, in Europe and Latin America, through a bottom-up approach, by the increasing use of open educational practices and resources (OEP & OER). The project involves several universities, which are working together in the definition, development, and delivery of learning objects, courses, experiences and other open educational resouces.
