FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA EM AMBIENTE VIRTUAL DE APRENDIZAGEM: ELEMENTOS REVELADORES DA EXPERIÊNCIA DE PROFESSORES DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA

Resumo: Este artigo descreve os resultados de uma pesquisa de mestrado em educação com concentração na área de tecnologia realizada entre os anos de 2007 e 2009 com professores de educação básica de escolas públicas em formação continuada em Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem (AVA). Por meio dos fundamentos da pesquisa qualitativa realizamos um estudo de caso para verificar nas produções dos professores elementos que indicassem possíveis caminhos para formação continuada em Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem. A pesquisa revelou que os professores se contrapõem a formações ¿bancárias¿ que têm reforçado a permanência e não a mudança. Sobretudo, desejam a condição de aplicação dos conhecimentos sobre ciberespaço e tecnologia na prática docente.

Abstract: This article describes the results of a research in education with concentration in the technology area accomplished between the years of 2007 and 2009 with teachers of basic education of public schools in formation continued in Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). By means of the elements of the qualitative research, we have accomplished a study of case to verify in the teachers' productions, elements that indicated possible paths for formation continued in Virtual Environment of Learning. The research revealed that the teachers if oppose the ¿bank formations¿ that have been reinforcing the stay and not the change. Above all, they wish the knowledges application condition about cyberspace and technology in the educational practice.
